Meaning of Model Scope of application
Suited to sites where there is explosive gas mixture made up of
combustible gases and air of grades ⅡA/ⅡB /ⅡC with temperature
grouping of T1 through T4 and where hazardous area is divided into
zone 1 and zone 2 . Used for illuminating,power
distributing,multi-circuit voltage-reduced starting,also for
meter-controlling and inspect-controlling.Its anti explosion mark
are ExdeⅡBT4ExdeⅡCT4 The products features the following
1.It can inner-install inspecting instrument,analysis
instrument,indic-ator low-voltage apparatus,transducer,soft starter
or computer control system.The tank can be used as center signal
disposal system and center control system.
2.Adopting GGD frame and structure of main panel and auxiliary
panel.The tank consists of ventilation system,check pressure sence
system,self-control system,gas-changeable system,metering system
and electric system.
3.Full protection devices,Inside is arranged the inter locks of
changing gas and transmitting electricity.Only reaching to
specified time to change gas,it can transmit electricity.And it
provides functions of low voltage automatic alarming,self-charging
gas and high-pressure self-closing.
4.It adopts mounting mode of cable channel-basing.User must prepare
pure gas or inter gas.
5.High security of sealing with multi-layer seals,long time to last
and operating cost to save.
6.Multi-tanks to mount,online to operate.
7.User must provide integrated electric system drawing and listing
of inner-stuff in control system when the tank is being
manufactured.
